Citizen America (CA) has a single overriding mandate—to give government control and power back to the American people.

Our mission is to give WeThePeople the tools, systems, technologies, platforms, issue and knowledge understandings and leadership, and follower-know-how abilities that will help them collectively ensure a better present and future America—one more representative of the people and its founding ideals and principals that demand life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and prosperity for citizens all.
