What follows are two opinion articles, one by Oath Keeper Mark Alexander regarding issues surrounding the FBI and its recent efforts to target Tea Partiers and others who support the US Constitution—to ask local law enforcement to see such US citizens as potential terrorists. In the response article, Citizen America President Xelan Bonn offered his own perspective on the FBI based on documented evidence inside his forthcoming book, “Superpower Falling” and challenged Oath Keepers to step up to the plate and pressure the FBI toward cleaning its own house of corruption.

FBI Terrorist Alert: Beware of Those Who ‘Reference the Constitution or Bible’

The FBI held a press conference this week on a terrorist alert bulletin, which it sent to every federal, state and local law enforcement agency across the country. Unfortunately, that bulletin continued a trend of “terrorist profiles” issued since Barack Hussein Obama has been in office. This particular alert identified such broad ideological characteristics that it can be construed to include the activities of tens of millions of law-abiding Americans.

The FBI counterterrorism division report concluded that those who believe that our government has exceeded its constitutional limits or are protesting for restoration of constitutional integrity might pose a threat. By that definition, anyone associated with the “Tea Party movement” is suspect, and that’s the problem with this sweeping and politically motivated “bureaucrap.”

Make no mistake: There are some deadly anti-government socialist and fascist radicals in America. For example, consider the man who launched someone’s political career in 1994 — Obama mentor William Ayers, who was previously the leader of the Weathermen, a murderous group of radical “useful idiots.” They bombed the U.S. Capitol twice, the Pentagon, the Department of State, several federal courthouses, plus state and local government buildings — with intent to kill. Unfortunately, the FBI never assembled sufficient evidence to convict Ayers. (Lucky break for Obama’s career!)

Or how about Obama’s radical, racist, hate-spewing pastor, Jeremiah Wright? This is the man who married the Obamas and baptized their children; the same man who regularly sermonized about “the US-KKK-A” with assertions that “The government lied about inventing the HIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color;” the man who said that the U.S. government “gives [black people] drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strikes law and then wants us to sing ‘God Bless America.’ No, no, no, g-d d— America!”

Does that constitute a threat to the government?

The aforementioned FBI alert focused on the so-called “sovereign citizen” movement, which the FBI believes may have more than 500,000 members — though it has no leaders, no membership roster, no organization at all. There is a “sovereign citizens” website which notes boldly, “We do NOT endorse non-payment of taxes or violence to achieve these changes. We do NOT endorse giving up a social security number and we do NOT endorse violence against the police or the government.”

According to the FBI, some of those associated with this movement are engaged in crimes like underpaying taxes and other fraud, none of which should be classified as terrorism. According to a Reuters report on the press release, “Legal convictions of such extremists, mostly for white-collar crimes such as fraud, have increased from 10 in 2009 to 18 in 2011, FBI agents said.”

We did the math, and that’s an increase of eight convictions.

Meanwhile, more than 5,200 of Obama’s Occupy movement radicals were arrested in 2011, many for violent offenses, and some of those directed at police.

This is not to say that the FBI didn’t have reason to warn law enforcement agencies. In May of 2010, two sociopaths, one of whom had mentioned “sovereign citizen” on a website, murdered two Arkansas police officers. But there are much more significant threats to uniformed officers.

Now, I spent some years in law enforcement, and some of those devoted to counter-terrorism. I still hold a reserve national security position with the Department of Homeland Security and, as such, maintain threat currency and contacts with domestic counter-terrorism folks. I mention this to say I can assure you that most federal, state and local law enforcement personnel abide by their oath to “support and defend the Constitution” and are steadfastly accountable to that oath. In other words, they understand that broadly labeling as “terrorists” those who support constitutional limits on government is offensive to that oath.

However, we now have an established Obama-era pattern of applying such broad labels, which began in 2009 when the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis issued a report on “Right-Wing Extremism.” It claimed that those who use terms including “patriot” or “constitutionalist,” and “link their beliefs to those commonly associated with the American Revolution,” are a threat. It even went so far as to identify returning war veterans as “potential threats.”

That report was so repulsive that it received a prompt rebuke from liberal Democrat Bennie Thompson, then chairman of the House Committee on Homeland Security, and Republican Peter King, its ranking member. Thompson wrote, “This report appears to raise significant issues involving the privacy and civil liberties of many Americans. … Freedom of association and freedom of speech are guaranteed to all Americans. … I am disappointed that the Department would allow this report to be disseminated to its State and local partners. … I am dumbfounded that I&A released this report.”

Thompson protested that the DHS report “blurred the line” between legal and illegal activity.

At the time, DHS spokesperson Amy Kudwa claimed the report was not finished and had been recalled: “This product is not, nor was it ever, in operational use.” That notwithstanding, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano defended the report and insisted, “We do not — nor will we ever — monitor ideology or political beliefs. We take seriously our responsibility to protect the civil rights and liberties of the American people.” (Trust her, she’s from the government!)

However, such monitoring is not the contiguous prerogative of DHS, but that of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. This is why the latest national alert issued by the FBI should raise many red flags with overseers in the House and Senate.

Here are some excerpts from the FBI bulletin: “This … domestic terrorist movement, which, scattered across the United States, has existed for decades. … They do not represent an anarchist group, nor are they a militia. … They operate as individuals without established leadership and only come together in loosely affiliated groups to … socialize and talk about their ideology. They may refer to themselves as ‘constitutionalists.’ … Several indicators can help identify these individuals. References to the Bible, The Constitution of the United States, U.S. Supreme Court decisions, or treaties with foreign governments…”

Those clips are taken out of context, but the problem with such broad profiles is that by the time they filter down through the channels, there are, inevitably, those who are not able to distinguish good from evil, or those whose political bias blinds them from such distinctions.

For example, shortly after DHS released its “Right-Wing Extremist” profile, I was contacted by Patriot readers, both officers and enlisted personnel, about a security exercise scenario at Ft. Knox. That scenario identified attackers as “Tea Party members” among “white supremacists” armed with “military grade weapons” and “bomb making components.” (In fact, many military and law enforcement personnel identify with the Tea Party movement, which is why we were contacted by military readers.)

Within hours of posting that report, senior command staff at Ft. Knox contacted us and conceded that an officer in the security loop altered the scenario to include “the Tea Party in order to make it more realistic.” The commanding officer assured us, “an official investigation has been initiated to determine the manner in which this information was included in the exercise scenario.”

To make it “more realistic”? Every reader of this column can accurately profile the political identity of the individual who “altered the scenario.”

So, given the current FBI profile, if these “terrorists” are members of an organization with no leaders, no membership and, in fact, no organization, how exactly are they to be distinguished from law-abiding political activists who believe our government has exceeded its constitutional authority? How are they to be distinguished from patriotic Americans who advocate for the restoration of constitutional integrity and proper limits on the role of government? There are plenty of us who, in the course of our objections to the erosion of the Rule of Law, might make “references to the Bible, The Constitution of the United States, U.S. Supreme Court decisions, or treaties with foreign governments…”

What purpose does this FBI memo really serve?

In October 2011, DHS attempted to make amends by publishing a training guide for “Countering Violent Extremism.” In that directive, Section 2 notes, “Training should be sensitive to constitutional values,” and it asserts, “training should support the protection of civil rights and civil liberties as part of national security. Don’t use training that equates religious expression, protests, or other constitutionally protected activity with criminal activity.”

Perhaps Obama’s executive appointees to the FBI should adopt a similar policy and — unlike his appointees at DHS — abide by it. In the meantime, we are waiting for objections from oversight committee Republicans concerning Obama’s latest attack on Bible-citing, Constitution-abiding Patriots….

FBI Leadership Has Been Infiltrated – Rank and File Afraid To Clean House

I maintain that the FBI is mostly made up of high integrity individuals seeking to do a good job and most do just that. However, I also maintain their leadership in the FBI is extremely corrupt and anti-American, holding allegiance to another power, not the US or its Constitution or citizens.

There are just too many clear cut cases of government corruption and US leaders committing high treason and the FBI turning a blind eye—far beyond ignoring general political tides but actually ignoring national security issues of the gravest level. The Executive Branch’s Justice Department (and DHS) is expected to be as corrupt as the president it serves, but the FBI is suppose to be fully independent and the nation’s watchdog of government leaders gone bad—it has largely forsaken that noble role in years of late—and I maintain it is not because the vast majority of the men and women at the FBI are not people of good character and honor and integrity (I believe they are) but because key leadership positions have been infiltrated and compromised—and the FBI’s lower ranks are afraid to make a move on their own toward cleaning their own house (hence the nation falls due to the silence and complicity of the rank and file members).

We know the Wall Street debacle and the thousands of criminals that got away with it (from local city bankers to investment houses to government overseers) did so because the FBI’s budget was cut by Bush, re-tasked toward a largely phantom terrorist threat by Bush (rather than toward government integrity issues), and that the same scenario has been maintained by Obama. Yet this fact does not explain why President Obama, a now documented foreign infiltrator to the office of the presidency, and a documented terrorist supporter and perpetrator of high treason, is not investigated, arrested, or even challenged in the media by the FBI. We know Obama handed over millions of dollars to two terrorists groups (listed as terrorists by the US State Dept)—Hamas and the Palestinian Authority—acts that qualify under current federal law as “treason” because a high government official “aided and abetted a declared enemy of the United States”.

These are verifiable facts. The FBI’s complicity is also verifiable–the president runs free is all the proof you need. The question I have for Mark Alexander and other so called Oath Keepers is very simple… when will the Oath Keepers inside the FBI get off their asses, get some man-guts, and go after the infiltrators in their midst and shut down the corruptions at the FBI that are helping to destroy America and all Americans and our Constitution and democracy? If the FBI, with all its power, will not protect our nation from these infiltrators like Obama and many others in Congress and the Senate and elsewhere (i.e Council on Foreign Relations, et al), then how can we Americans have any hope at saving this great nation? If the FBI has turned completely to the Dark Side, then I would suggest America and all Americans can bend over and kiss their patriotic asses goodbye!

I for one still believe there is more good than evil inside the FBI and I pray it comes to light soon for all our sakes. And if I were a true Oath Keeper, I would focus all my group’s pressure on restoring integrity and guts to the ranks and file inside the FBI—that is the battleground worth winning because the FBI has the power to save this nation single-handedly—if they so choose. The real power behind the curtain knows that and that is precisely why they compromised the FBI leadership—to keep the FBI subservient and undermining of WeThePeople.

It only takes a handful of FBI patriots to correct the problem—the biggest problem is getting them to see the problem and then take it on.

Facts Prove Federal Government Is Now Operating As An Illegal Rogue State

As the US dollar and nation faces collapse due to sovereign debt and other issues, Americans must also face the grim reality that the U.S. Constitution and our democracy are also being undermined and destroyed. To save the country and liberty, the solution calls for Americans, not law makers, to learn the facts and spread awareness regarding the foundational aspects of destruction that have been put in place and are being pushed by Congress, et al as we speak–most in the name of unadulterated, Wild West globalism.

We must also realize that the federal government is an umbrella government set-up and designed by the sovereign states for their use and that states alone control whether or not they wish to support the federal government entity they created or dismantle it and reinstall a refreshed system that more closely adheres to the US Constitution and needs of the American people. Indeed, if the US dollar collapses, so, too, will all federal institutions, and only the creation of a new federal government with a new currency and debt-clean slate will ensure the country’s recovery.

Through greater awareness building, many of the wrongs can be corrected and the country can be set right again before it’s too late. However, in order to create a climate of change, Americans must become aware of the problems and the genuine need for the change. Here we look at both aspects as well as offer potential solutions should the dollar/country approach its unthinkable fall.

The Destruction of the Bill Rights in Modern Times

On December 31, 2001, while the nation slept, President Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), which effectively ended the Bill of Rights. There was no worthy press coverage revealing the significance of this event.

On September 11, 2011 the alleged terrorists who destroyed the twin towers won—they started a series of events inside the federal government that have lead to the complete destruction of the US Constitution. Since then, the federal government has used the unending war on terror as a justification for breaching the US Constitution.

For example, Nazi-like pat downs at airports of US citizens, children and others are now routine while actual terrorists continue to infiltrate the country’s borders, essentially unhindered by a federal government that contradicts itself with its own actions and failures thereof–policing Americans with an authoritarian strong arm is more important than stopping terrorists at the borders, or enemies who have infiltrated the halls of government or who are working illegally (aided and abetted by major corporations).

The USA Patriot Act was the first major anti-Constitutional bill enacted into law. Since that time, Congress has taken incremental steps to completely eliminate the Bill of Rights. Today, the Constitution exist in name only—it is no longer a valid legal document or contract between the US citizenry, states, and federal government because the Rights it once preserved have been completely stripped clean (albeit law enforcement has not fully exploited the news laws yet). Today, any US citizen can be jailed indefinitely and held without trial–just for starters.

Below is a short list (and links) of a much longer one that shows how much of the US Congress has acted (bit by bit) in what can only be characterized as a consistent treasonous measure to destroy the foundations of American democracy. According to current law, any and all US leaders who deliberately act to remove or undermine the Constitution are committing an act of treason–but then who cares about the law anymore?

Now that the Constitution is no longer a valid law or document protecting states or WeThePeople from their government, its legal authority and that of the federal government is no longer valid either. This means the states must begin to act toward ensuring this Constitutional destruction interpretation is supported by their collective legal actions and preparations to prevent civil unrest and decay that will eventually outcrop as Americans become more fed up with their oppressive government Jack Boots.

Governor’s Congress Remedy Now Called For

State leaders should now hold their own State-to-State Congress and require an up or down vote as to whether the states will continue to recognize the legitimacy of the federal government or designate it as it now appears to be–”an unauthorized rogue state”. If they chose the latter, then they should take actions accordingly to divest themselves of the decaying federal government system and prepare to create a new shadow system that can quickly step in when the old system fails, collapses, or is shut down by their collective actions.

If the US dollar/country collapse comes, if will occur with lightening speed and as states vacillate with indecision, civil unrest will deteriorate and quickly reach the point of full scale revolution. This should not be fostered but instead, prudent preparation and planning should be done now so that states can move instantly to save the nation from social, economic and revolutionary decays.

It’s important to note that few US citizens across the nation see their state’s as being a major problem–most support their state governments–yet millions of Americans are distrusting and fed up with an overreaching federal government and its Jack Booted Authoritarianism. States must use their collective power over the people to constructively funnel their citizen’s energy and rebellion and turn it into positive change for their states and the nation. The federal government will likely fall whether the state’s prepare or not, but the fall need not be harmful to the nation or the states if preparation is well made.

The states should create a contingency plan by majority vote of their governors. The plan should call for denouncing and abolishing the federal government on behalf of each state’s citizens based on Constitutional Rights breaches. The plan, which we call here, “Constitutional Government Restoration Fail-Safe” (CGRF), should outline basic emergency planning measures that can serve as a guide for the state leaders to act.

Mandates should include:

An immediate suspension of all old federal laws and authorities within their borders.
The removal of all federal offices and employees from the state.
Confiscation of all federal lands.
Prohibition of state citizens and business from providing tax remittances to the old federal government.
And a blueprint for re-establishing a new umbrella WeThePeople government that complies with the legal constraints of the US Constitution toward ensuring nation-state controls and stability.
An emergency voting system for quickly re-installing new WeThePeople government leaders at the Congress and Senate levels to return stability to the government at the soonest moment toward all states avoiding violence from the citizenry.
A provisional emergency election system that places all state governors on a national ballot toward one becoming the President under a two-year provisional term until a standard election can be implemented.

Looking At The Whys and Sending A Clear Message

What is clear is that the federal government has not maintained and upheld the US Constitution, hence its duty, and has thus become rogue and contrary to state laws and the protection of all citizens.

All members of the Congress and Senate as well as the White House swore an oath to protect and preserve the US Constitution so when they pass laws designed to undermine or remove Constitutional protections, they are not only violating their oath of office but committing acts of treason. We believe that this destructive trend inside the federal government can be stopped through education of the masses and sufficient awareness building for the issues to the point that voters begin to demand all those responsible are to be held accountable.

We believe all states should (after deciding to de-fund the federal government) recall all past federal representatives of their states and investigate them and, when appropriate, subject them to charges and trials in order to send a clear message that this sort of behavior will not be tolerated by WeThePeople—knowingly violating the public’s trust and Constitution should be a crime punishable by the harshest of all penalties.

These links below will take about a half hour or so to review but will ensure readers and viewers understand that the US Constitution, especially the Bill of Rights, is no longer a legally valid document—all US citizen Rights have been stripped.

All Americans are urged to educate themselves on this grave new reality, then urge their state leaders to demand a State-to-State Governor’s Congress toward pre-planning and preparation for suspending the authority of the federal government and reinstalling CGRF. State laws and courts should then prevail in lieu of obsolete federal laws and courts so that civil disruptions are minimized and civil order maintained–all done so quickly that there is little time for civil unrest to take hold and degenerate.

States should not wait for the dollar collapse but should take precautionary steps to immediately begin the process of coining their own money based on a precious metal standard so when the US dollar collapses, then within days and weeks the new money can be issued to keep local and state economies moving forward and thus reduce civil disruptions and outcrops as much as possible.

The Art Of Warrior Patriotism

Look around, watch the news, read your emails and texts, and take in the information overload only to step back with a deep breath. It’s not hard to see there are far too many cause and issue battle fronts that are overwhelming. The patriot does not know where best to aim the canons of liberty, so he aims not and when s/he fires, s/he misses all targets.

Pat Buchanan’s “Suicide of a Superpower” touches on a few of the aspects taking our country down and gives us all insight as to why.

If ever released publicly, the “America Threat Study” will ensure each American never sleeps again (it just documents too many facts about the enemies inside our gates and deadly threats we face—several still largely unknown but to a handful of Americans).

What it all means to the American patriot and activist is this… you need to realize you are on “dead ground”, a term coined by the great Chinese war strategist Sun Tzu.

“Dead ground” is a position on the battlefield where you are facing overwhelming forces—defeat and death are certain. Sun Tzu deliberately placed his warriors on “dead ground” in key battles because he knew his warriors would be forced to fight like ten normal warriors—they would have to fight trying to make their last moments on Earth count—to make the enemy hurt far more than they did and thus capture their last personal victory! Sun Tzu’s “dead ground warriors” exceeded even Sun Tzu’s expectations!

And yet, because of that “dead ground” strategy revealed to his troops, Sun Tzu’s psychology forced his warriors to find what they had in them all along—willpower so great that it owned victory—his men, of equal technology to the enemy, slayed an enemy many times their numbers—the overwhelming force was repelled and his warriors became the most feared of all the lands.

In today’s patriot terms, the moral of the story instructs us to pick our “dead ground” cause in America—to select the most important issue to us personally—the one that impassions us beyond all others. We must realize we have engaged in a lost cause and that we are, in fact, already defeated–and therein we will be set free from our own fear of failure—our personal will power will be fully unleashed. The warrior patriot says “I can” because s/he also knows clearly, “I have nothing to lose–I have already lost so I will try to evoke a miracle instead”.

The warrior patriot does not divide his or her strength by taking up many battles, but instead finds victory in choosing one battle where s/he can focus “The All Of Might”! One sword in hand, one slice of dead ground upon which to stand, many enemies asking to be slain in trying to take away your last breath on “dead ground”. That is where you will find your All, and therein you will realize your Might-”The All of Might”.

Will brings Focus, which ensures Strategy that Executes toward Win. That is the warrior patriots only path to victory from the position of “dead ground”.

If the patriot warrior fights like they are on “dead ground” for a single cause, they will be given a rare and remarkable gift—a gift they earned—upon the slaying of the dragon’s head and in that rare moment of victory, the warrior patriot will blossom their awareness in new ways to know in their heart of hearts what others cannot know until they, too, challenge the fires of Will and Heart on “dead ground”—the warrior patriot will know all is not lost and that they really are far Mightier than they had ever dreamed!

And then your enemies will truly fear you!

Student Loan Bubble of Debt & Corruption Set To Explode

Overview: This research paper exposes the facts behind the failed student loan debt system and how it is serving up immense institutionalized discrimination toward placing millions of minorities and the poor into permanent debt servitude to the federal government–all while banks reap enormous profits with nearly zero risks and put taxpayers on the hook for major yet needless losses.

Imagine you just invested 4-years of your life getting a college education and now you owe a bank, or its strong-arm enforcer (federal government) $25,000 at the rate of 7.9% (even though the government lends banks money at ½% interests). (1) Now imagine upon graduation you could not get a decent job that utilizes the hard earned education, but instead you have to go to work for McDonalds for minimum wage and ask for Food Stamp and other government relief to supplement your “unlivable wage”—forget paying your student loans because you don’t even have an extra dime to go see the dentist, doctor, or go out on a date once a month—you’re living with 6 people all sharing a tiny apartment so they can afford the rent. What happened? The answer is your career plans did not work out as promised by the Department of Education, your school, and you country’s culture of education first—instead, now you’re a loser! And that’s not even the bad part.

Flash forward 2-years when your student loans officially go into default. The bank/lender cries to government and government takes over your loan, paying off the lender for 99% of all their loses (including penalties and interests). Now enter the Nazi-like henchmen at the Department of Education—the collections department. Suddenly, without notice, your bank accounts are frozen then sucked dry, your wages at McDonalds garnished, and harassing phone calls are coming to your boss, you, your friends and more. Tax refunds—right—they get sucked away too by the big bad wolf. You see, you’re now treated like a criminal and deadbeat as far the government is concerned and their piece of the pie comes first—don’t complain even if you are living on the streets because Uncle “Nazi” Sam is relentless and never wrong and his absolute authoritarian power that gives him the right to bypass your 5^th Amendment Right to “due process” has the same effect on you as Hitler’s SS ability to affect control on the German people at will.

What’s worse is that you and thousands of people like you decide to speak out and march on Wall Street, to “Occupy” it and make grievances but instead of the people supporting your cause, many scorn you as a loser, deadbeat, scam artists, or just a bunch of self-entitled spoiled kids searching for free handouts. How dare you ask for student loan forgiveness—we won’t even let your declare bankruptcy to escape permanent debt oppression—we will press your student loan debt for your entire lifetime and we will do our best to get it because we are the Department of Education—“Heil Hitler”!

Is a Hitler reference an exaggeration—yes. Is the authoritarianism real—also yes!

Yet education is said to be the heartbeat of the modern American Dream but the reality is the patient is on life support and failing fast and millions of students are getting run over by that dream.

Today’s graduates, due to recession impacts alone, will earn far less over their lifetime than those who graduated during non-recessionary periods. (2)

The caliber of jobs available in a recession, and their accompanying wages, tend to suffer. High-end firms hire fewer people and drive down salaries because jobs are in such demand. That means many graduates end up with lower-wage, lower-skill jobs at less-prestigious firms or in firms outside their field of interest. Once the economy picks up and they try for better jobs, these workers have to learn skills they should have been developing immediately out of college. In the meantime, colleagues who graduated in a better economy have already developed these skills and progressed much further. (2) – WSJ

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that about 17 million workers with college degrees, from undergraduates to doctorate levels, are working in jobs that require less skill levels than afforded by bachelor’s degree. (3) This means most accumulated major educational debt as a losing investment proposition.

However, the pervasive US culture—schools of thought largely churned out by colleges and lenders who profit off the educational system—is that education is king and a solid investment. The reality is for many it’s not—it’s a complete debt nightmare and the problem is not only hurting millions of unsuspecting students (most of whom are in the poverty class or racial minority classes because those two group assume most student loan debt and a highly targeted by government programs), but it’s hurting the nation and taxpayers who have to foot the bill while “fat-cat” banks reap all the profits and assume zero risks.

As the cost of education skyrockets, so, too, will student loan debts. The federal government is to blame for it all because it artificially resets the educational cost bench mark by providing college education funding maximums (limits that constantly rise), which educators seek to match—thus artificially driving up tuition costs and encouraging irresponsible behavior in nonprofit colleges whereby they are overstaffed purposely toward substantiating the need to keep government guarantee program maximums escalating. Prior to such federal programs, educators were strongly forced by market conditions to keep costs down, hence tuition, so most families could afford to pay for the education out-of-pocket.

Government also destroys the free market by installing educational loan guarantees so lenders can never lose. And the government allows for excessive interest rates and penalties against students that dramatically compound their cost impacts and help push higher default rates. Such penalties and defaults can spike total costs by as much as 40%. (4)

Perhaps most diabolical about the entire federal government’s education loan system is that it deliberately targets the poor and minorities and as a result, places many into permanent debt servitude to the federal government when they ultimately fail on their career goals and subsequently default. Blacks, many of which would never qualify for loans to begin with, are issued federal loans even when the government knows they are 5-times more likely to default than Whites. (4) Hispanics are also defaulting at twice the rate of Whites. (4) Yet when such student borrowers default, they are being placed directly into a permanent debtor’s prison in which their student loans can almost never be discharged in bankruptcy or forgiven otherwise—the result is massive discrimination that has been institutionalized by the federal government and militantly enforced by radical Department of Education policies of oppression. The Department of Education claims it’s trying to help the poor and minorities yet in reality, its easy-loan-to-permanent-debt-oppression “shell game” is turning millions of them into “lifetime debt slaves” and ruining their lives under the same government system that quietly demands government never loses—all while students are deceived and never once told of the severe risks associated with such caustic debts . Yet if prospective students were told of such risks before assuming student loans, much of the education system would likely collapse in the US due to lack of student participation and banks would lose billions in profits–hence government knowingly hides the risks and hence acts as a poor and minority targeting predator).

Then there is the issue of this system getting out of hand financially for the government itself, hence taxpayers who are going to be forced into yet another bail-out because or corrupt government institutions and Congressional policies and laws that support lenders over taxpayers and supports itself over students.

According to FinAid, the total private and federal Student Loan Debt (SLD) in the US is now $0.95 trillion. (5)

SLD has now exceeded credit card debt, which has been dropping but is still $790 billion or about $160 billion less than SLD. (6) However, SLD is galloping forward, adding $300 billion in just the last 4-years and has reached $100 billion a year mark now.(7)

Some quick math tells us we will have a $2 trillion SLD tiger-by-the-tail in just 10-years at current new debt to escalating costs to pay-off ratios. What that translates to is that we have a broken SLD system that increasingly ensures its own financial collapse.

Currently the SLD default rate (2009) was 8.8%, which included 6.0% to 7.2% for public institutions and 11.6% to 15% at for-profits schools. (8)

Stunningly, the actual or unreported SLD default rate measured since 1995 (t0 2010) is 1-in5 for nonprofit schools, 1.5-in-5 for community colleges, and 2-in-5 for for-profit schools. (8b). In other words, 20% to 40% of the entire student loan system is a complete failure and eventually that debt is going to have to be eaten by taxpayer dollars–all while banks sidestep the losses and enjoy fat profit windfalls off the loans that do pay off.

For-profit colleges have long blamed the sector’s higher-than-average default rates on the sociodemographics of their students. According to the Career College Association, 43 percent of students attending for-profits are members of minority groups, and almost half are the first in their families to attend college. More than three-quarters are employed. (8b) —The Chronicle

These facts show that the student loan system is disproportionately drawing in and thus harming minorities through premeditated discriminatory practices because the system understands the vast majority of those harmed are going to be minorities who will eventually suffer STD defaults—thus we have hard evidence that the government is deliberately targeting the poor and minorities with its programs then turning around on them when they default on their STD and placing them into permanent “debtor’s prison” from which there is little hope of escape—can you say systemic corruption and discrimination!

Default rates are calculated once a student loan debtor has failed to make payments for about 2 years. Over 320,000 defaults occurred while over 3.6 million entered repayment for 2009. (8)

“These hard economic times have made it even more difficult for student borrowers to repay their loans, and that’s why implementing education reforms… is more important than ever,” said U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan.” (8)

Duncan, of course, fails to mention any of the hard underlying issues of the corrupt student loan system that Senator Edward Kennedy had once sought to investigate and take-down prior to his death. A long time proponent of the student aid system, Kennedy sat on the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee that ultimately issued a Report on Marketing Practices in the Federal Family Education Loan Program from an investigation on corruption of the entire student loan system. Corruption was documented as rampant.

“This investigative report demonstrates that inappropriate marketing practices, conflicts of interest, and back-room deals are found all too frequently in the student loan industry. The findings underscore the urgent need for systemic reform in the student loan system. (9)

In 2002, the Inspector General found the National Student Loan Program audit found a variety of ill-practice issues that included “unallowable and unsupported costs for marketing and public relations, information systems, employee benefits, administration, and communication”. (10)

The California Research Bureau released a report in 2008 that documented fraud and abuse by the entire student loan system and many lenders.

In February 2007, New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo began an investigation of deceptive lending practices by student loan providers, including illegal payments and inducements to universities, colleges, and financial aid officers…. The investigation found financial arrangements and relationships between lenders and schools, such as revenue sharing and referral fees, to be “…burdened with a strong potential for conflicts of interest.” (11)

While the studies and investigations did delve in, they did not fully document the many other allegations of criminal wrong-doings that track into the Department of Education and with major lenders and loan servicers. Currently, Citizen America Foundation is undergoing research on allegations of RICO Act violations that may involve federal, state, and private officials throughout the system and many key personnel who conduct business within it.

The piling on of harms by government and profiteers was also reported in 2010 by The Valley Advocate:

…conventional protections for borrowers don’t apply to student loans. They can’t be discharged in bankruptcy, even after many years. Wages, tax returns, including earned income tax credits, and even Social Security and disability benefits can be garnished to pay them. Incredibly, professional licenses can be revoked as a penalty for defaulting, making it even less likely that the borrower will ever catch up. And many classes of student loans are even exempt from truth-in-lending laws. Nonprofit state-operated lending operations were also exempted from the Fair Debt Collection and Practices Act. In many cases, state usury laws don’t apply to student loans. (12)

Summary

So let’s sum it up—the federal government, using discrimination and corrupted policies and systems, is targeting the vulnerable and minorities, aiding them to incur massive amounts of government backed debts (debts that most students would not otherwise ever qualify for, hence would be protected by market factors), then when those students are unable to make the career and earnings grade they were promised by the system (largely because of other failed federal government policies that keep an abundance of high paying jobs from graduates) then the very same government that says it is trying to help the less fortunate is turning around and placing those students into permanent debt slavery for the remainder of their lives—or until they miraculously hit the Lotto and pay off their student loan debts! And the whole while lenders are reaping billions in profits never taking on a nickel’s worth of risk—taxpayers pay for all losses and banks reap all the rewards while we create an entire generation of debt slaves where all hope of the Middle Class American Dream is all but crushed to death.

Whatever this system is the one thing it is not is pro-American—everything embodying it clearly stands against the traditional ideals and values of the American people and the nation’s tradition of fair play and justice for all. Government is the crook here and it’s getting away with murder while millions of other Americans are being falsely led to believe the system is fine and it is students who are the lazy no good spoiled brats who are complaining of a lack of freebies–Dr. Joseph Goebbels’ propaganda machine appears live and well in modern America!

1) We demand a higher standard of living for each new American generation. End “global free trade” and install Global Fair Trade that ensures the US exports more than it imports. By ensuring tariff controls that level the competitive playing field for US businesses and workers who are forced to compete with Third World countries that have lower tax, labor, and compliance cost burdens for social programs, infrastructure, environmental protections, or other First World standards. End outsourcing and off-shoring of jobs to China, India, and other countries by disallowing tax write-offs for such costs.

2) Ensure all US owned businesses provide training programs that advance key worker skills needed by employers to end the HR culture of “replacement worker mentality”. US workers must receive preferential treatment that seeks to constantly upgrade worker skills and training—US business who benefit from America’s national protections have a duty to invest in, upgrade, and enhance in US worker human capital.

3) Repeal jobs killer laws: A) Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (2010), B) Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002, C) Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).

4) Reinstall national wealth and economy protections so that risky investment houses are not part of our banking system. D) Glass–Steagall Act of 1932.Place all finance, hedge, or insurance instrument trading in public trading eye and government oversight and control. Break-up all large institutions to end “too big to fail”.

5) Ensure justice for those involved across the board with the Wall Street 2008 financial melt-down that included “credit default swaps”, TARP and other bail outs, sub-prime loan issuing and foreclosures, and other harms perpetrated by Wall Street and federal officials. Double the size of the FBI and require that 50% of the of the force investigate, arrest , and put on trial, all Wall Street financial executives and politicians, bureaucrats, and government overseers who helped create or forwarded these series of debacles and crimes against the American people—strip the wealth of all those found guilty and require a 5-year mandatory jail sentence for any government official who violated or may violate the public trust or abuse our treasury. Freeze all Wall Street Executive assets and bonuses and divert those monies to a Public Melt-Down Trust Fund for the victims of the melt-downs. Prohibit sending US taxpayer money to foreign nation banks, investors, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, United Nations and non-US financial institutions—demand any past bailout monies be repaid or invoke sanctions.

6) Make “Crony Capitalism” illegal for all government employees to engage in and install a minimum $100,000 fine/ 5-year jail sentence for anyone convicted (require all ill-be-gotten gains stripped from those guilty).

7) Make profit taking banks responsible for their own losses. Restore all student loan debts to being dischargeable in bankruptcy—if this nation cannot provide students with an abundance of good, high paying jobs after graduation, then it has no right to demand students placed in “permanent debt servitude”.

8.) End “special interest” corporate control of our leaders by installing public funded elections and other remedies to give voters back their democratic-based government. People should vote, not corporations!!!

I will remind everyone that fringe groups were also inside the Tea Party movement and still are but that does not reflect the majority thought of the protestors in that group or the other.

As a seasoned professional researcher and analyst who has studied "big picture America" for nearly a decade, I have gained some wisdom. And if you will do just a little research, you will discover the middle class has been systemically undermined since the early 1970s and today it is nearly a third smaller and shrinking rapidly. Over 50% of all Americans have no home equity anymore. Almost 50% are accessing government services to survive. Over 14% of all homes in America are vacant due to foreclosures. Over 24 million Americans are unemployed or underemployed and in just 6 years, studies show as many as 2 in 5 Americans may be unemployed at current trends (ibid). We did not get into this trouble overnight, which is why the problem is going to be much harder to fix. Most of the ill-effects happened decades earlier starting in the early 1970s and include the following:

1) globalist exploitation aka “global free trade” acceleration and the destruction of our manufacturing base along with the off shoring and outsourcing of US jobs to aid foreign nation wealth building while dismantling our own standards of living here at home.

2) the rise of the transnational corporations who have no allegiance to the United States or the American people yet have usurped political control over nations through manipulation of "special interests", government leaders, and all branches of government.

3) government deregulation and excessive overspending and abuse of the public treasury (deficits / debts) that have demanded higher taxes to affect higher constriction on public programs and private capital markets, hence have hurt the general welfare of the people and small businesses combined.

4) And a growing series of federal policies that stand against liberty and the middle class and workers as well as American wealth building and higher standards of living--policies that instead cater to the transnational corporate exploiters and ignore the needs of Americans.

5) the failure of the business and economic community leaders to daily understand and reinforce the reality that before Americans are consumers, before they are part of the American economic engine, they are first workers who depend on a good, livable wage, benefits, and sound retirement programs as well as affordable housing and that when these things are undermined and diminished, so too is consumption, hence demand---the economy suffers and then the nation suffers. Policy and opinion makers fail to realize Americans will always want lower cost goods and services as consumers, but not at the expense of losing their high paying jobs and standard of living so transnationals can send their jobs overseas for higher profits.

6) lastly, our nation suffers because the average American suffers with far less wealth today than they had just 3 decades earlier—the majority of Americans have little or no positive assets, hence they feel vulnerable to economic swings and less likely to consume even when market conditions are strong—and with no consumption, businesses constrict, hence jobs and the economy.

This is a short list of a much longer one but it's enough to get the idea--we are in trouble so how do we get out of it?

I support the “Occupy Wall Street” protests for many reasons, certainly not all the ideas and demands being voiced by the fringers, but the heart and soul of this American movement. I do this because my own investigations show probably tens of thousands of financial crimes were affected against the lower and middle classes of Americans under the Wall Street sub-prime debacle and subsequent melt-down and yet not one key player or group on Wall Street or government responsible has been arrested, tried, or convicted to date—they stole perhaps 35% of the wealth of the lower middle class in this nation in one fell swoop and yet nobody has been made to pay for the crime except innocent, hard working Americans. That is not responsible capitalism but is instead the dark, uncontrolled kind that destroys nations and democracies.

I support many in this movement because since 2008, millions of families have been thrown into homelessness, rushed to the streets due to foreclosed homes all because Wall Street bankers arbitrarily raised interest rates, even when the price of money was stable in the market. For no reason, homeowners we suddenly forced to double their mortgage payments--greed has no bounds when uncontrolled!

I support this movement because 46 million Americans are being forced to live at or below the poverty line and are in need of good jobs and cannot get them because Wall Street and the federal government and transnational corporations have eroded our economy, collective wealth, investor confidence, and market growth factors in their self-help and greed processes that has shipped tens of millions of good paying jobs overseas in the name of "globalism" and striped much of our private and public wealth.

I support this movement because millions of students are exiting college with massive amounts of debt and are unable to find low paying jobs, let alone high paying jobs—millions of college graduates now work in the low paying service sector making minimum wage—many are being forced into permanent debt servitude to the federal government because their student loans are not dischargeable in bankruptcy--not even when they do everything right, work hard, and still fail to achieve their career dreams or to secure jobs offering appropriate incomes that would allow easy debt repayment. Something is very wrong in America when we punish our elderly who are student loan debtors over the age of 65 and are having their Social Security and Disability checks garnished by Uncle Sam—relying on the food banks to survive—all while Wall Street bankers who make over $8 billion a year profits from student loans never incur any risks or losses from the program---instead, taxpayers get the losses but no benefits and students are indebted for life---that's not justice in any remote sense of the concept.

The list of hard realities facing Americans goes far deeper but suffice to say, all age groups are suffering in their own ways and failing to realize their American Dream has turned into a Poverty Nightmare instead. That’s not the America World War II, Korean, Vietnam, and other war veterans fought to uphold—we are shaming their great sacrifices and I for one will not put up with it anymore so I am fighting back with all I have even though I have nothing to offer but love of country.

Remember this reality… the vast super-majority of Americans today truly believe capitalism is no different than electricity—it can be used for good or for evil, for positive or for harm. Pure capitalism is course, abusive and harmful--that has never changed--but responsible capitalism is good and beneficial--it provides wealth and ensures there is plenty of it spread around through the form of higher wages and benefits and public services. Today’s America pursues the former type of capitalism today, not the latter type, and that has got to change.

Please remember this if nothing else… You are not just a member of any country, but you are a member of America—you are Citizen America—a member of the single most generous nation in the history of Planet Earth—in fact, your country has been more generous to the nations of the Earth than all countries of history combined—an indisputable fact. And America generosity was born from Citizen America and our ability to ensure responsible capitalism—but we let the evil side of the capitalist beast escape it’s cage and now we have got to get to work fixing it—the world is depending on us!

When pure capitalistic systems take hold and flourish, they only serve the super-wealthy and countries like ours lose not only our ability to be generous to others, but our Middle Class and mechanism by which the poor can rise out of poverty—but worst, we lose our democratic forms of government. When money takes control, it then rules the political system and takes away the voice of the people who have less money to voice their thoughts. Today, “special interest” money rules America and we have created a plutocracy to all but destroy our democratic form of government. Today, we stroll down the wrong crossroad toward harm’s way and we must stop and think if we are to survive the journey.

It is not the full remedy, but the Occupy Wall Street Bill Proposal is a start down the right path. Read the one page list and see if it unreasonable and ask why so? Then research the facts, learn, and read the demands again to see if they appear more reasonable, and if so by then, I would ask you to support the cause— of WeThePeople and stand either literally or symbolically with those patriots in the streets trying to “Right America's Wrongs”!

It’s time Americans take their country back from Wall Street, back from corrupt politicians, and away from transnational corporations or international organization control and quit allowing the mega-giants of the world to consume our national wealth and undermine our standard of living and governments with their “special interests” and very deep pockets that they use to drown out the voice of average voters. If we stand as one, we are mighty enough to stop the world from spinning—and that kind of power is what makes our enemies flee and justice prevail—join the cause and become part of WeThePeople—Americans for America and the American Dream! If you can stand for that, I am proud to stand with you and millions of others across our land because I believe America is worth fighting for—this is not our land, we only borrowed it from our children, so says a Native American proverb and so says Citizen America.

Let us see each other not as Black, Hispanic, Asian, White, Native American, left, right or anything else but as AMERICANS—red-white-and-blue with eyes of stars and hearts filled with Majesty.

Think back in your own history and recall how America helped you and your family or others and she asked nothing back--did she? She is still silent, such is her great Majesty, but I am here to speak for her today to let you know she is ill and she needs your help—she needs all our help—we owe Her so let’s set aside our own politics and divisions and self interests for a time and see to Her needs. Let us unite as Citizen America, nurse and savior to Her Majesty America, the great fallen Lady who gave us the hope of Dreams and the greatest nation on Earth! Let us stand Her upright, dust off Her golden gown, and shine sun back into Her humble and warm smile  because by saving Her, who knows, we might even be blessed with saving ourselves and the American Dream!
